you're not going to find too many that let you do homework the whole time, but I've looked around quite a bit and found a few that pay you to do homework from time to time...

various campus work study jobs
lifeguard, during paid breaks
tollbooth operator, preferably a slow one

Sell tickets in a movie theatre. The managers leave you alone when you're in the box and on a weekday during the school year, almost nobody is around.

Almost any 3rd shift job. Except the ones in a factory. I dont think they'll want you to do other things.

None, really - except STUDENT (and that doesn't pay much).

Implied in a "job" is the fact that your boss wants WORK from you
...so (s)he will NOT want you concentrating on anything else (like homework...).

Work as a security gaurd. its pretty easy. u jus have to do a 2 day course. BST 1 and 2.

pool monitor (if it isn't busy)

any 3rd shift desk job.
