I don't know why girls scream, but I like when they do!
My ex gf screamed. When it is really quiet I can remember what she sounded like. It used to sort of bounce off the walls....
If your girl screams and it seems to be connected in some way with you, I have only one advice.
Keep her!!!!! You will remember her the rest of your life anyway!

moaning is good but not so much screaming if you make moaning type noises you can achieve orgasm quicker
