How can I send an email in English and translate it into Chinese?

You can compose the message in English. Then before sending it, copy the English test, go to Systran's translator and paste the English text into the text box to be translated from English to Chinese. Then copy/paste the translation from the site to your email message; delete the English portion and send the message.

Google has a software engine that will translate it for you. it is free. Search google for translate english to chinese.
