Generally, older people are the ones that develop stomach cancers. I have searched for the rare cases of pediatric gastric cancers and found a few that were associated with a typr of brain cancer which in turn was from a genetic cause.
So the answer to your question is not usually.

i dont think so all the sites ive been to say only people over 50 have gotten it
