Do they become deaf when they are in the middle of having sex? Even when the girl screams and says no a million times because it hurts?

The guys you're talking about don't become deaf during that type of sex. But they do become felons. It looks like you're describing rape.

Men are not deaf. I am hearing impaired and don't wear my hearing aids when I am making love to a woman. But I hear her very well to make sure that she is nether uncomfortable nor in any pain. That's a mutual responsibility that two people must to have to enjoy sexual intimacy.
I cannot find the words to describe men who do what you described. They sound like antiquated sex machines with bad circuits and no off button. Zero in the care and nurturing department.

HMMMM i wouldnt say they go deaf but some do get into a zone or caught up in it. Either way however if you say stop or no they that should snap them back. I'm dating a guy that was getting too into it and rough and all I did was call out his name in a serious tone and he snapped out of it.

Some guys don't listen to what the women are telling them. Some do get in a zone when in the middle of sex.
