Do you eat for hunger or for relief??? Do you eat when you're depressed? Do you eat for fuel or pleasure?? Ask yourself why you eat the way you do?? What foods are you eating?? Do you exercise?? Do you like the way you look?? Do you like the way you feel?? Eating is necessary but what you eat seems to be the problem. Eat for success. Eat for nutrition. Eat for a stronger and fit body. Eat for positive reasons and you will change the way you eat and look. Eat 7 small meals a day and drink lots of water before you eat and don't forget to exercise and watch the pounds melt away....It wouldn't hurt to build some more muscle either.

don't starve yourself. just try to eat small, healthy meals throughout the day, keeping watch of your calories. your doctor or a maternity website should tell you how many calories you need to eat. Exercise is the safest way to lose weight, and a quick search tells me that exercise shouldn't hurt the milk for your baby.
