Well, mr college guy. the realistic way to look at this situation is, if you dont know what is on her mind, how do you know that you love her? Infatuation can easily be confused with love. But on another standpoint, it was really considerate of you to want to wait after her exams. This shows real maturity and that you dof eel strongly about her. Anyway, try asking her brother what makes her feel comfortable (i knoe this might be uncomfortable) and try stopping her in her tracks. if you have known her long enough maybe you can ask her to help you with something beofre she scurries off to her room. I think that she likes you if she doe this. Bu ther is also the possibiliy that her brother has already told her how you feel and that makes her a bit uncomfortable. either way, try to engage in a conversation. if she smiles after every sentence, she probably likes you

I do not usually think much of age differences BUT there is a considerable difference between a 15 year old and a 19 year old. It would be SO WRONG to persue a relationship with this young of a girl not to mention illegal.
BTW If she runs and hides in her room whenever you visit your friend that should be a big sign of how she feels. Telling her you love her will just get you into hot water with your friend and more than likely her parents.

You are too old for this girl. She is a child. You need to find someone your own age. Do not confess your love to her. Nothing can legally come of it. If you did anything sexual with her it would be statutory rape. Even if it wasn't illegal, a 15 year old and a 19 year old are at different levels developmentally and it is not healthy for you two to have a sexual relationship. Wait until she is an adult.

Depending upon where you live, it could be considered illegal. Check that first. Then talk to her parents. If they don't approve and you go against their wishes, is it truely love? After all that, talk to her, 4 years may seem like a lot now, but that is the distance in age between my parents. Age gaps mean less as you get older.

You're a legal adult. She is a minor. You would be arrested.
Either wait until she is a couple of years older (if it's meant to be, it will be) or find someone closer to your age.
The fact that she is very shy around people, should tell you enough to leave her alone. I was like that at 15, so I know what I'm talking about.

If you really love her; let her grow up, and do not complicate her life. If it's meant to be, she'll still be there, and she'll also be able to make adult decisions!
Be careful not to mistake love for "LUST". She herself, at her age, wouldn't really know what love is anyway.
Love, it is a committment, my friend. Not an emotion!
Suggestion:
Finish your education, and prepare yourself, to be the best you can be!! Perhaps in the future that could mean, "The Best Husband for the one you love." After all, "DOESN'T SHE DESERVE THE BEST?"

That's a question you should be asking her parents, seeing how she is less than the legal age, the age of common sense, social experience and adult judgment.
If her parents think it's okay with it, then maybe you should bring your question to this community for other parents' of 15 year-old girls opinions.
