So I just found out this guy I've been dating gets pretty rough while messing around. He left a mark on my lower lip and a small bruise on my thigh. Just bewarned...some dudes get off on dishin' it, and may not want you to respond aggressively. I do agree that you two should set limits before things progress...so that things do not get out of hand.

My fiance is a rough lover and I've learned that biting, scratching (nails up the back), smacking his *** (hard!) and just rough sex pleases him. There are some rubber whips out there that sting a bit but won't leave a mark. Just learn how to swing one and avoid tender areas such as kidneys, genitals, or above the shoulders. Other than that, nibbling and fingernails down the back can be fun. Perhaps trying to push him down onto the bed, couch, etc?

hehe, I like it a little bit rough too sometimes . Like being banged up against the wall, or thrown on the bed, or just pounded into the bed lol. Nothing wrong with a little roughhousing.
