I don't know what it is with me but people have been telling me that I should break up with my boyfriend. I have already but the problem is I just can't get him off my mind. I always end up calling him even though I shouldn't. I feel like I shouldn't because I know that he'll feel like he can get away with anything and that I need him. But I can't push myself to not call him. I'm always depressed because of him, he hurts me all the time and he doesn't even know it. How can I push myself not to call him and even love him? I just want to get out of love for Godsakes! There is also this guy who works with me that I'm starting to like a lot. He's hansome and also humorous. But, I don't know if I should involve myself with him because I don't want to get hurt again. I'm just tired of what I'm going through already with my ex. boyfriend, I don't feel like it should happen again. What should I do?

Hate to tell you this but the rest of your life is going to be full of this hurt over and over again. The thing that makes it worth it is that every once in a while you'll meet someone great and have the time of your life. Just need to remember that nothing lasts forever.

Give the new guy a shot. It'll help you get over the ex and maybe he'll turn out better. You never know.. You just cant give up on the whole thing, you'll find yourself 3 years down the road realizing that you threw away 3 years for nothing.

Well everytime you get the urge to call your bf, find something else to do like read, call a friend, etc. What works for me is to think of all the nasty shyt that my ex done and said to me and you'll get mad and be like phuck him.

If his # is programmed into your phone delete. So you don't have the urge to cal him. As far as the other guy at your job, I don't see a problem with talking to him. Let him know what;s up though so he want be expecting anything.

I know exactly what you're going through! Me and you are both in pretty much the same situation... and I've personally decided to be single, instead dealing with all the "confusion", I tried so hard to be there for my ex-boyfriend, but all he cares about is him-self. I need to think about ME for a change, and stop worrying so much. Its about time, we women be happy, and enjoy life. We don't have to take a guys bull-sh*t!!! But in the end; you just gotta make the right choices.

The best way to get over someone is to do something.

* Do something around your home.
* Go out with friends.

Staying busy will keep your mind off of him.

Don't be quick to date someone until you feel you are completely ready.

The best way to get over someone, is to get someone else. Ask the new Guy out, if it works out, you will wonder what you ever saw in your Ex.
