I personally like to go bicycling with my family. I usually take my family out for the ride by the ocean or nice breeze wind in mountain side. Have little trailer that attaches to your bike and have you little one hop in it. There is no other better feeling than attaching to your family. Best of all is that you get to exercise on your thigh and bag hip. It is really good for your endurance and Agilent. And it will increase your heart rate and help your blood circulation pretty good. I just think this is good exercise for me. Think about a GYM for a second. Many people are jammed in one place, all the dust and sweats and moist and staring at the wall walking on the machine isn't just very bright along with your long year contract with auto debit from your account.

Well, aerobic/ cardio exercise will strengthen your heart and allow for your heart to work more efficiently. Typically, your resting blood pressure will decrease, along with decrease in body mass index. However, weight training stimulates bone growth that prevents osteoporosis. This also builds lean muscle while decreasing fat, thus increasing your metabolic rate. (Muscle mass uses more energy than fat mass.) Honestly, any exercise is good. Getting at least 30 minutes MOST days of the week will contribute to decreased health risks such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Remember, in order for this to be a lifestyle of change, add variety and make it fun! One of the main reasons why people stop exercising is because they get bored and they don't enjoy it. Happy Exercising!

It depends on your goal or what you want to improve, body built, age and general conditions of the person etc.

Cardiovascular or Respiratory Ex.- I suggest to do aerobic exercise (low intensity, high repetitions) like brisk walking, jogging low weights etc. but up to the point of fatigue for young individuals.
Muscle Built/ Strength - Non-aerobic Ex. like weight lifting, dumbells, ergo-meter, stepper/ cross trainer. All moderate resistance also to point of fatigue. (moderate intensity & reps)
Power - Non-aerobic Ex. With maximal intensity and very low repetions like Weight Lifting, Barbell, 100 Meter Dash,

All kinds of exercice needs proper warm-up and stretching. And check all precautionary measures.

Thanks

For what? For cardiovascular, swimming or cross-country skiing. For strength building, lifting weights. For muscular endurance, bicycle riding. For general fitness, probably swimming and walking. You gotta do what you like, then switch it up some so you don't get bored.
