omgezzz, im falling for my 29 year old co-woker.

i like him, but i know theres nothing for us, because im only 16,

You are a little too young Darlin'. It's very easy to fall for someone you work with because you are with them such a lot of the time. You know yourself that it's not good, because you say so in your question. It's normal to get a crush on an older man or Woman: Pupils fall for their Teachers all the time! If you were a couple of years older then I'd say, "go for it". Don't worry; you will find a great Guy closer to your own age soon, and will laugh to yourself when you think about this.

Hi Crazy, your smart enough to ask this question out before taking any decision. 16 is the age to enjoy, not to take any such decisions or responsibilities. Just move on with your job dear. Every good thing will follow you as you go.

Darling you are in a age of 16 & this a normal thing in this age .But you make sure that you don't get involved more .You have more turning points in your life. But don't be in a hurry to take some decision okay .You will find more man in your coming life .And when you are in a right age you find yourself a good patener but not now.

If you want to send this poor bastard to jail, keep pursuing him. My advice STAY AWAY!!! It can only lead to trouble for the both of you. Besides, if he did like you back, what does that say about a grown man liking a 16 year old girl? That makes him a pervert.

Hmm, you might have something in 2 years. Just hang out and be his friend, maybe it'll work. Just dont tease him too much and get him in trouble.. cause you are 16 and men often have times controlling the little man down below.

Dont do it. Nothing good comes from dating a co-worker, well only drama for the office. Your jobs will be in jeapordy and his freedom (statuatory rape)

Well you will fall for him and then fall out of him and then you'll fall for someone else and so on and so forth. You're still young. Don't worry so much. Just enjoy your life and make the most of it.

Hey I am just suggesting you this is the age when we have mustly attract to other sex but please don't divert your mind that side you only concern in your study this is only age fault when you will cross 20 you definately understood all things.
