Okay, I am assuming that you mean that you have a kidney stone?! I don't know of any exercises for a person that has a kidney stone. They usually cause extreme pain when they are moving around, so I doubt that you would want to be jumping around or whatever if you are having an attack.

You will not want to do any exercise if you have one until it passes as it will not feel good, but the best I suggest is hydrotherapy (in water exercises). Go to the pool or spa if you have one. If not, then get in your tub and the pressure will be good for your body, the relaxation will assist in the stress removal and faster passing of stone, and the exercise can have no impact which is unlike any other type of exercise. Also, other thatn water, no other equiptment is needed. Isometric exercises are best... lifting leg or ams and holding it, twisting, bending (all done while seated on floor of tub or while standing in the pool). To adjust them just do the muscle holding for longer periods.

The exercises will be told to your BODY not you by the "free and maniatic mind"
You will resist to such a "coup d'etat"
But right or wrong, the new Government will conquer
The people need strongness rather rightness
I feel pain in the "curve of the spine" when sitting

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

I have never heard that stones in kidneys would be any obstacle for physical exercises. i say all exercises are good for u. quit finding excuses to grow fat. unless your stone is moving it doesn't cause u any discomfort anyway
