What kind of acne scar does the women in the first photo have?..ice pick, rolling, etc...

Hrm...I believe its more like cratering scars. I don't think there is any medication for it though you should ask your dermantologist anyways. But don't worry lots of people have got them. Even the "sexiest man alive" Brad Pitt does. So don't let them lower your self esteem.
Also...I think pimp scars, if your good to your skin, will..if not completely go away, at least fade a bit with time.

I would suggest you go to your dermatologist. My dermatologist gave me something called Reine that really helped to clear up the blemishes I had from old acne scars. It won't clear up in one night, so be patient. The results are worth it. You might also try to look into microdermabrasion treatments. Either way you go it will take time. Good luck!

No Mederma will cure only small scarring
I dont think it will cure this much scarring
