Yeah...go to CUPA which is located inside the veterinary college premises, behind where they conduct examination for out patients. Its pretty good and rates are reasonable. They have many breeds, though most are abandoned kittens of indiscriminate breeds but I did get a Siamese from there. Its almost half way between Mekhari Circle and Hebbal Fly over.
