You people are the disgusting ones to try and change a persons mind about something by insult and making him feel ashamed. Its like trying to get a child not to mastrbate because their going to grow hair on their palms.
Its not that unnatural to have feelings like this about a family member. I've read a couple studies on this and it happens all the time, daughters and fathers, brothers and sisters, sons and mothers, uncles.. Unfortunately there is way too much p0rn on this topic to be able to dig up an article about this on the internet.

Dude it is YOUR MOTHER. If you like huge breasts go to a strip club or something but don't try and look at your mom naked. Their just breasts. All girls have them and there are alot of women in this world that you could be looking at. Go outside.....

you're having some oedipus complex here (oedipus killed his father and married his mother).
you can talk to your mom about how her decision to have implants really disturbed you (you will probably not) or seek for some sort of therapy. or you should just stay away from her as much as you could.
if you have dirty thoughts about your mom, quit it. it's not going to help (or it will make things worse). do things things that will make you busy and forget about it.

Honestly, that SUCKS.
But I think it would of been different if your mom always had those implants you really wouldn't notice. But since they're new, it's something you're not exactly connecting to the memory and familiarity of your mom.
