See a doctor as soon as possible (phone NOW!): it bears the signs of bipolar disorder. Then come back and view the websites I am about to type. http://mentalhealth.com/book/p40-ma01.html and http://www.emedicinehealth.com and select "b" and then "bipolar disorder". Medication may take some time to be effective, so stick with it for as long as 5 weeks, before thinking of changing to something else. Counselling can help, in the meantime. And view http://www.relax7.com/7.php and the 2 easily learned techniques in the last 6 blogs of Shan Eris at: www.myspace.com

If you can't go to the hospital, go to www.hopeline.com or www.suicidehotlines.com or call the numbers on the site.
Speak to someone who is trained and can help you or at least refer you to someone else.
It's horrible when you are feeling so out of control and it might be the right time to relinquish control to someone else so that you don't hurt yourself.
Hang in there, and don't be scared. You're not alone and there is help out there.

You need to go to the Hospital. SERIOUSLY! Go to the hospital, you may be having a manic bipolar episode. These episodes can be controlled with medication to regulate your moods.
Please go to the Hospital...RIGHT NOW!
No they won't put you in a mental hopital, you will have tests done, and maybe speak to a therapist, all in all... please get help. Talking to someone here is not your solution. I speak from experience and professional help is the best thing to do!

Sounds a bi-polarish/ manic depressive. Send me a message if you want. I don't know if I can help, but I'm good at talking, and even better at listening. Hannaroo1991.

I work in a Psych hospital, and right now, I'm telling you to GET TO THE E.R. A.S.A.P.!!!! They will be able to stabilize you and transfer you to their Respective Psych unit. (Don't worry, these places are a far cry for the way they are portrayed in the Media!)

This might not be brilliant on my end either, but I'll give it a shot. Messenger is in my profile. Don't expect me to tell you everything is fine, but it doesn't sound like that's what you want anyway. And I'll likely end up telling you to get help like everyone else, but I'll listen first.

You may be having a panic attack. Or it could be something else. Can you go to the emergency ward? Call the hospital and tell them what is wrong - they will direct you what to do.

Ring your emergency telephone no for the ambulance and get them to take you to hospital before you do something that you might regret later.
