They're certainly healthier than smoking. The big thing to remember is to taper off; it's far from unheard of for people to get addicted to nicotine gum/patches/lozenges. They're not cheap. Also, if you're on anything DON'T smoke. People get all kinds of nasty side effects doing that [including some who die from heart attacks brought on by nicotine overdose].

sure... With cigars... whether or no longer you inhale at present...while you're in a room full of cigar human beings who smoke... You gonna get some nicotine on your device...maximum cigar human beings who smoke won't admit it, yet they secretly inhale a sprint to get a sturdy nicotine buzz going...(do no longer question me how i know this...hee hee)

well...if it was only for nicotine it would be ok...i tell u that any smoking of any type contains at least 4000 substance ..and nicotine is the most benign of them
