Could be your diet, even if the stuff is healthy and home cooked.
For instance, if you mix something acidic, like Orange Juice with something base, like beans, the two will neutralize each other, but produce gas bubbles in the process.
Carbonated beverages can cause gas.
Perhaps you're swallowing air when you eat? Do you ever burp? The air has to come out one end or the other once it gets into your stomach. Better to burp and taste it than fart and waste it, as the saying goes.
You might also try eating some Tums. They won't hurt you, and they kinda taste nice.

Check if your consumed foods are fried, because fried foods can be gassy and painful. Also use extra virgin olive oil in your cooking, but do not fry it.
