90% of skin damage comes from the sun. This is a scientific fact proven by research.
I am glad your family is natural, and you must be genetically predispositioned to having good skin, or at least open minded and knowing that wrinkles don't make you ugly.
However, where is your scientific research that SPF products CAUSE cancer? If you can provide a reference to a legitimate scientific study, I'd be glad to read it and consider it. BUt until then, ONE FAMILY's experience is NOT proof.
I happen to have friends with skin cancer, and it's no laughing matter. And whoever told you the sun is GOOD for anti-aging is lying to you. UVA and UVB rays are proven to be bad for your skin. Going outside and breathing fresh air is good for you - but you can wear a hat and long sleeves and still get that benefit.

What are you talking about? Sunscreen doesn't cause cancer. It prevents it. Skin cancer is not pretty. Neither is the aging of your skin from the sun. The sun is not anti-aging...quite the contrary, actually.
I don't think this is a real question. Nobody could be this dumb. (except for the liberals in the politics and religion sections)

I'm 30 and I never wear sunscreen either. Yes sun can give you cancer, but it takes time for cancer to develop. The most likely susceptible to cancer are those who go sunbathing during the "high" hours when the rays are hot. and when the sun goes down, the rays aren't that bad as well as mornings too.

My dermatologist recommends Ombrelle. It don't have any oil in it so it really is tremendous on your face. maximum sunscreens you purchase have oils and moisturizers in them which could clog your pours in case you position it on your face (which will likely provide your face pimples) Obrelle is seen a "wide spectrum" sunscreen and it has Parsol 1789... it really is a reliable element.

I have always heard that the sun gives you wrinkles as you age, like 50 and above, you will kick yourself then! I say go ahead if you are very fare...it wont hurt. You may not be the tannest but you wont have cancer!

the good news is that you will look like dried up fruit when you are older. the bad news is that you have increased your risk of skin cancer almost 100%.
there is no proven risk of cancer when wearing sunscreen.
