My boyfriend keeps having those dreams of me cheating on him. Like I'd have sex with his friends. Or something like I would make out with other guys in front of him. It's like whenever he has a dream about me, it's usually about me cheating on him. Why is that? I have never cheated on me whatsoever. However, I'm kind of a flirty girl. He saw me flirting with a guy like 2 years ago. My bf told me he hates it. So I stopped since then. My bf and I have been dating 3 years now. So yeah, Why does my boyfriend always dream of me cheating on him?

at times person may suspect, or feel on some level, that their partner is not faithful but is not willing to admit this consciously. Thus, in the dream state the individual confronts his fears and from there may begin to deal with the situation on a conscious level.

I have dreams about my boyfriend cheating on me , but well he acctually did, well a girl kissed him, but still, no excuse. Anyway maybe deep down he thinks you did or he thinks you are or he doesn't trust you, i don't mean this to be any way offensive to you okay, but i say the trust thing cuz me and him still have trust issues because of that, so maybe thats what he is struggling with to for some reason?

It's just an ongoing concern of his, it probably really bugs him, and is insecure about the fact you might actually do it someday. Even if you haven't, or never would, it's still something that can eat someone up.
There's also the small chance this might be a sexual turn-on for him.

he probably has a fear of it and it's in the back of his mind. I used to have those dreams when I either thought my bf was cheating or just knew I wouldn't be able to handle it if he did and he talked to a lot of girls so I was always kinda nervous about it

His deep-rooted insecurities (to keep you, to satisy you), his weak self-image...appears to be the cause. Ask him to trust you. If he can't he needs counselling or treatment. May be his childhood might have been bad and he might have been betrayed a bit too often. His heart centre needs to open.
He can be helped if he is willing.

He has some big insecurity issues. I don't see why else he would dream of that if you haven't done it in the first place.

Sorry to break the news to you, but any psychologist would tell you that he is currently cheating on you. It is a text book scenario.

Maybe he is insecure with you relationship.
Maybe he feels that your relationship is on the rocks and that you are thinking of breaking up with him.
Or maybe he is just insecure with himself, and he feels like you don't want him anymore. Or that he isn't good enough.
