This is a very bad situation to be in. He is not trying to 'mold' you into a woman, he is wanting to 'mold' you into the person he wants you to be, he doesn't want you for who you are or he would not be trying to rush things along.
Besides everyone knows that a young lady becomes a woman at the age of 18 and young men at the age of 21. Try not to let things get to far before getting out.

Can you say "Creepy!" If someone appreciate and cares for you, they will not attempt to mold you. Molding occurs in cults!
