Honestly, I wouldn't order online. I would go to a local consignment shop or even to the regular bridal salons. They do have clearance sales often, especially when the new designs come out and the seasons change.
The reason I wouldn't get a dress online is that there is NO WAY to tell if the dress will even look good on you, yet alone fit right. Designers use all sorts of whacked out sizing guidelines; none are the same. I'm a size 14 and my wedding dress had to be ordered in a 22 to fit my chest into. The rest of the dress was altered down.

Go to bridalonlinestore.com... I found about 5 dresses on there under 300. that was my budget too!! seriously! and the dresses are cute. Here are some to look up under the "search" menu on the front page.
Style:7011; Haylee; 4031; H005; Emily; Tia; 2074; Paige; 4030... those are just few of many I found. Some are 299. but there are some in the 100's. Trust me, go there. They have lingerie, bras, tiaras, veils... I love that site!!!!

I just got married this past summer and was looking for wedding dresses that were a reasonable price. I will include several links for your to check out. the ebay link that I included does custom made wedding dresses, that is what I ended up going with. It was great when my dress arrived to put it on and have it fit just perfect with no alterations needed. Best wishes to you on your wedding.

besides, the philippine peso is P48 to 1 US$. so it should be cheap for you.
