I am on Jenny Craig and signed up for the Plat. Program - where after so many weeks you get 10%-25% off food purchases.

I spend $100-$110 on Jenny Craig food (7 Breakfast, 7 Snacks, 7 Dinners and 1 Box anytime bars) - now that is only for Jenny Craig

Weekly Grocery List - Bag of Salad (sometimes 2), Fruit for 14-21 servings (I buy Great Value Orange and Fruit cups with Splenda - the number difference depends on how many afternoon snacks you have veggies for) ), Low Fat Yogurt/String Cheese to equal 7 servings, FF Milk for 14 1 cup servings and 7-14 Veggies (carrots, broccoli, etc - number varies on how often you choose to have carrot sticks/or veggie for afternoon snack instead of fruit) - this bill can be anywhere from $38-$60 depending on choices made.

4 weeks and I am down from 268.7 to 246.3 - the desserts are the best - I can have chocolate and I am eating food that isn't bad - as you get closer to goal they teach to make your own menu and not be dependant on an entire frozen dinner week.

It is expensive but I have chosen losing weight to be more important to clubbing, movies, etc - so I have seriously re-budgeted to allow for this.

Best of luck with what you choose!

It depends on exactly what you buy, Jenny Craig themselves claim its $11 a day which would be $77 a week. My mom was on Jenny Craig and she says that is a very low ball estimate and that she was usually around $100 a week.

It depends on the foods and supplements you buy. Sometimes I wouldn't buy their power bars because I disliked them and would replace it with a fat free yogurt. Aside to buying their food, you do have to buy some things (fat free milk, yogurt, salad, etc.) at the market.

Weekly average I would say about $120.

$49 - $77 dollars for the JC food and you have to purchase other added groceries such as milk, veggies, etc... Right now it costs $36 dollars to join JC for 6 weeks.

It is very expensive. Nutrisystem and Medifast are cheaper. You can do Atkins too.
