you are kidding. Just stop eating. fasting means don't eat. water is ok, your tongue will get real fuzzy, and your breath will get bad as you absorb nutrition from your excess fat. when your tongue clears up, and you quit stinking, you probably should start eating. you should be able to see your ribs, and pelvis bones.
