Alot of running and quick steps all day long. I was in the Marine corps and trust me you can lose alot of weight by just pushing yourself every single day. Run every monday, wednesday, friday. Stretch out evry morning because with alot of quick movements and high intensity movements you will pull something if your not properly stretched out. Eat properly and cut out all high salt and sugar foods, you dont need any sugar because your body naturally supplies the body. In 3 months you can lose up to 40 pounds if done right.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I hate to tell you but sit ups & crunches! I know, the words make me cringe too! But if you want to attack the paunch before it settles in there just do the sit ups. Take 10 minutes a day, morning would be best do as many as you can or work your way up. Your gonna be sore the trick is work through te pain it's temporary, don't stop! That and major stretching, with at least a mile walking (takes 15 min. or less). The usual cutting down on food will help a lot too.

A great website to visit is:
http://www.burnthefat.com/?hop=gotryitnow
The site was created by a personal trainer and shows you great ways to lose the weight (especially fat) and keep it off forever.
It also explains to you why most diets you try will fail.
I am 5'7" and was 175 when I started. I've been on this program for 3 months and I've lost a total of 25 lbs.

Sit ups will not do it!! You might make the muscles stronger but that is not getting rid of the excess fat. To lose the fat your going to want to do exercises to burn the fat away. I suggest doing some cardio(jogging, cycling, elliptical). You could try a little dieting for awhile, it sounds like you normally keep a consistent weight so going on a diet would get you back down to your desired weight. Also if you have a gym, try doing some weight lifting workouts, with emphasis on your legs(bigger muscles=more calories burned). Good luck!

There are a lot of ways to target your belly fat. I found a good number of exercises that target pesky belly fat in a free book I downloaded from http://SixPackAbs.com-411.com . You could start there and then continue learning.
Diet is also very important. You've got to be in fat burning mode to be successful. Cutting out junk food is important and only eating when you're hungry and until you are satisfied. Nothing more.
There are a couple good resources below. Good luck! You can do it.

This is not easy trust me. Try low fat low carb diet. Also sit ups and walking. Your skin has most likely stretched out and it will never be the same again but you can lose the fat. Save up for a tummy tuck if you are done with having kids, thats what I am doing. Good luck.

Hi buddy
You use tummy trimmer to reduce your belly. Exercise daily. Do asanas this will really help you to reduce your tummy. Get up early in the morning and do exercise. Sleep flat on the floor and get up and try touching your toes. Do this 50times a day and also do stand bend down and touch your toes 50 times a day. I am sure that you will get a good result.
