Multivitamins, Reading, Excerise(sp?) And yes it does help. I also hear meditation helps, just sit there with your eyes closed and sit up right with your legs in indian sitting position. Then close your eyes and think of NOTHING, i mean not even that you're meditating, your mind should be completely blank.

Vitamins really work, it also helps if you eat regularly and enough, fruits vegtables, ect.. A couple of months ago, I was strugling to remember even some simple things, some kind of "block" kept happening. Now I feel I can memorize anything with confidence. Quickly and effectivly. It's even to the point now, I suprise myself by remembering so well I can repeat things people said last week word for word, or numbers I heard only once. So nutrition definetly has and impact on memory.

try using self-hypnosis and dream recall. if you need a self-hypnosis audio and have limewire type self-hypnosis as a keysearch or just buy one and if you dont know what dream recall is. dream recall is the practice of remebering your dreams best way to do that is before you go to bed set a reminder to your brain to remeber all your dreams and then write them down in a journal when you wake up. WORKS FOR ME!
