i am a previous pug owner and his name was Rocky Balboa.
They are small, intelligent, i found mine easy to train, playful and loved attention. He loved to stand on his ack legs and play fight hence the name Rocky Balboa.

My only suggestion is to take whatever name you are thinking of and go and shout it repeatedly around the neighborhood. How do you feel? If you feel foolish pick another name. Why don't you tell us about the dog's personality then we might be able to suggest something.

Definately something that fits the dog. I adopted a dog wish previous name was Smoking!! Changed that real quick.

I think you should wait till you see your pug. Usually they have very cute facial expressions and you will easily know what you want to call him when you see him.

Nibbles was a dog I had, he was great. Also a name could be a hot guy who you have a crush on. Always works for me. Like Jake..... lol
