when i start windows, an error message windows appears, says"Error loading C:\windows\system32\fhhlg.dll. Invalid access to memory location".

Then I click "OK" botton, two IE windows appear, and my homepage was changed.

furthermore, i want to use roxio to copy some cds, before that problem happens, it was all ok. But after that, when i double click on roxio, the program runs, but after two seconds, it disappear.

My god!!! who can help me?

Hi

Ok , first if you have an antivirus , then run it , also if you have a antispyware then run it also. Now , after you run the antivirus , reboot in safe mode , and do a back up , then , reboot again and verify that its loading ok , please let me know ok

Reinstall Windows.

An antivirus program can help you nicely :-D In the mean time, move that DLL to some other location - it most likely belongs to your unwanted "visitor", so moving it may disable the thing.

Sounds like a virus or spyware infection.

Download and run this:
http://www.superantispyware.com

Then, go to here and run the scan:
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
NOTE: Use IE; uses ActiveX but is safe.

uninstall roxio and use windows media player to copy your cd's

Good luck...

First step is system restore to about a week prior to the last good time it worked...

then go to download.com and look for Avast antivirus and Spybot... run a preboot scan and then run spybot...

It looks like you have a spyware/virus problem. Make sure you have some good ones for both...run them and hopefully it will clear up...AD-AWARE SE is a good spyware.(there are many others) Its free. also. ewido.com is another good free one...

I Googled fhhlg.dll it doesnt even exist.
