If it hurts to pee then what she probably has in a UTI, I got one the first time that I had sex, what happens is she didn't go pee right after having sex and so the bacteria crept into her bladder and that is why she has that feeling that she has to pee all the time. I still get them and I have been with my significant other for a while now. It is nothing to worry about, she needs to go into the doctor and get tested for UTI and if she has one, it is like 7 days of pills and then she is good, drink plenty of fluids and cranberry juice will also help filter out bad things, but once you get it you need to get antibiotics.

It does have something to do with it being her first time but is it nothing to be worried about. What she may be experiencing is the idea of sex gets her excited and she starts lets say tingling down there and she is mistaking it for a feeling of having to use the restroom. It is something like what young men go through when they have "wet dreams".
She needs to relax this feeling is normal and is nothing to be worried about unless she takes a pregnancy test and it has a positive result.

Yeah it is something to do with the first time.. when you have sex it usually causes some pressure on the bladder. However, if she pees and it hurts or stings she might have cystitis.. which is a bladder infection and can be easily cleared up. Just go to the pharmacy and they will give you an over the counter prescription.

How long ago did the two to you have sex?...that is the first question...has she had a period since then?...was she (or you) using birth control?...if not...go to the doctor...as pregnancy will DEFINTELY make you go pee in the middle of the night...if you're preganant, get ready to be awakened every single night with having to pee...really...it sucks!...otherwise, she might have a UTI...which is no biggie...but she would have burning or pain when urinating or always feeling like she needs to go, or like she still needs to go even after she has...easily cured with a trip to the MD and a prescription...either way...go see her doctor! Good luck!

You can tell your girlfriend to relax, but she should probably see a doctor. She likely has a urinary tract infection. This can happen from the new bacteria introduced from having sex, or just from the friction "down there" that she isn't used to. If she isn't experiencing any pain when she urinates or anything, she should try drinking lots of cranberry juice. This can help a lot with urinary tract infections and keep them from progressing.
