If you were welding without protective glasses, you can get welder's flash, which is like staring at the sun and irritating your cornea. There isn't really a cure - you can try cool compressing and pain killers like Advil and Tylenol. It gets better by itself in about 24-48 hrs. If you actually got a spark of fire in your eye, you should see an ophthalmologist.

There may be some pupil damage to your eyes. I would get to a doctor to see if it is serious. If the damage is not too serious, you will probably have to wear some dark glasses and use some special eye drops that you can get both from a doctor.
I would get to the doctor to get a checkup real soon.

You can go the doctor and get eyedrops will reduce the pain. If you can't make it to the doctor, rinse your eyes with cool water. It just takes time to heal. Wearing sunglasses for the next while will definately help.

cover both eyes and get to the nearest ER immediately. have someone drive you or call 911. this is a true emergency.
