I am on a mission. I hate that when I am sick my throat gets really dry... I need to find a good cough drop/ lozenge. In the past few days I spent about $20 on cough drops alone! What has worked the best for you?

The best that i have found is Ludens cough drops..
they come in Black Cherry, Wild Cherry, Honey Lemon, Menthol Eucalypyus, Berry Assortment, Honey Licorice, Honey Citrus.. Thats all the kinds that i could find.. They also have them in sugar free varieties..
I love Ludens because they actually taste good. Most cough drops dont, and these do..

Halls breezers in the blue bag - hands down the best thing for a dry throat, the pectin in them coat the throat and soothe irritation.
and they are cheap. I work in a health food store, I cant order them my for shelves, and I still tell everyone about them.
Thats how much I am impressed with them

Have you tried Ricola??? After searching myself, I found it to be the best one out there. They even have sugar free now. Try the cherry or green tea flavored ones.

I like the original herb flavored Ricola. I sometimes smash them in half.

instead of concentrating on the search for the best cough drop, increase you fluid intake -lots of water, hot tea, juices. buy a hot air humidfier or vaporizer and use it at night.
