Since man is getting the lion's share of the blame for global warming on Earth, I was just wondering how "man is to blame" crowd lays the blame for Mars' warming at our feet?

You have just pointed out one of those Inconvenient Truths that Al Gore and the Global Warming hypers would rather not face. Along with that farmland in Greenland that's today under permafrost. Historical records of an England once warm enough to grow Grapes for English wines. A little period of about 200 years long called the Medieval Warming Period. The little Ice Age, and the Global Cooling scare of the mid 70's
BTW man is responsible for warming on Mars. Bush sent Cheney & Halliberton up there in SUV's to search for Oil !!!

Solar radiation has increased a bit. But it's not an important cause of Earth's global warming. People can wave their hands and make rhetorical arguments. But the actual data shoots this argument down. The increase in solar radiation has been examined in many places by many people, and the amount is well known.
On Earth, the increased heat due to increased solar radiation is 0.12 watts per meter squared. The increased heat due to man is 1.6 watts per meter squared , over ten times as much.

No of course not. We'd need to be pumping CO2 into the martian atmosphere and well... we have had trouble even landing probes on the surface, let alone setting up factories, cities, and power plants there. Mars's atmosphere is mostly CO2 anyway so there's really not much more we can do to warm it up, even if we tried.

Don't be ridiculous. Martians are responsible for their global warming. They're building lots of weapons and their factories are churning out millions of flying saucers. The large scale production has increased the CO2 level. They are running out of methane and is planning to invade Earth on false pretenses that we are building a death ray to steal our methane and Ammonia. Jeez where do you get your news, from Steve Colbert.
