my skin is getting dull after 7 months of my marrige,lots of dead skin is coming of the face and skin is geting dry, earlier it used to be oily

I disagree with this statement, I think that your whole body falls apart after you marry. I know I have. I guess it would depend if your happy in your marriage.

To be honest I have NEVER heard that you get more beautiful after marrige. I have heard that alot of people gain weight, and some people let themselves go. Although your problem could be from stress, or if you moved from one place to another it could be because of the air being dryer. I suggest using face moisturizer and maybe getting a humidifyer one that sprays out moisture. If it continues see a doctor.

Hmmm, I've never heard that one. I've always heard that people get fat and let themselves go after marriage. But maybe it is the glow of being in love.
