first of all he will let u know abt his feelings directly (if not too shy etc and confident)
the indirect ways include......
he generally try to talk on topics which u like
give u gifts which u like
call or sms u to know how r u? and every thing fine
share his thoughts, or stress or happiness with u
ask for advise for any problem he faces.
actively try to solve ur problem even if it is to drop you at shopping store
likes to go out with u, or offer to go out with him
want you meet to with his family members or close friends
in short .....he leave no stone unturn to take care of you!!!

late 20's it should be obvious. He would be old enought to not be too shy about it and just say how he feels.
