Frequent uriniation, is a sign of type 2 diabetes.

Just once at 10pm, seems more like the symptom of routine. Try drinking/eating a little earlier perhaps?

Awaking only once at night is not abnormal, but waking twice or more at night to urinate is called nocturia. The condition itself is not a disease, and the problem doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. Chronic bladder infections can cause frequent urination, but with an infection, the problem would occur throughout the day and probably more than once at night.

There aren't many reliable treatment options when there isn't a specific cause. There may not be much you can do besides cutting off fluids a few hours before bedtime. If you have already cut back fluids, then you might want to see a urologist to see if there is something more that you can do.

it could have nothing to do with illness. using the toilet at night could be caused by drinking beverages within 3 hours of bedtime, especially those containing caffeine.
