When you say "know everything" do you mean facts or future events?
If you say future events--there is a contradiction. If I know what will happen, then I can choose to betray that destiny.
As far as knowing facts--well, I think I would feel so foolish. I mean, I would "know" that certain things would be true, but as I have no evidence to back them up--it wouldn't make a difference to anyone else. I would definitely feel alone!

I would start by creating a far better education system worldwide.
I would then be tempted to get rid of poverty and disease (as I would know how to do that), but knowing everything, I would also know that we need population control.
It would be difficult. I wouldn't be able to make many changes as it would only disrupt the balance and make things worse. I would help people figure out how to better the world themselves, though.

If I knew everything, then I would teach others as much as I could. If I knew everything, there would be no hunger in the world. I would have pretty much all the power in the world, and of course I would not use any of it for doing wrong. I'd get rid of all the diseases and such.
So yeah, things would be pretty cool if I knew everything.

I was doing alright, I knew everything there was to know but then the monsters from the Id started to terrorise me and everyone around me...since then I keep away from others and try to keep my mind and the monsters still through meditation.
