They dont actually get up and go to the bathroom because they are in a coma but they do maintain their bodily functions such as urinating and having bowel movements, even if they are not eating the body still produces waste, just not as often.

They do! The kidneys proceed to filter out blood to supply urine, all of the time. The bowel produces mucous to maintain it moist, so whether somebody isn't ingesting they nevertheless could have some bowel strikes. many people in comas nonetheless are being hydrated by using IV fluids, and nourished by using tube feeding.

yes, but usually they have a catheter (a small tube) hooked up to their urinary tract so instead of wetting the bed, it will drain into a canister. The body still works like normal even though you don't have normal brain function. You still need food and water, therefore you still go to the bathroom.

People in coma are alive and they have to be fed since they are not concious we feed them through saline injections and they pass the urine regularly which is collected in the bags through the tubes.

Yes, their basic bodily functions are stil active, including the bladder.

because there is still fluids and stuff being fed into their bodies through tubes, so it needs to go out somewhere. when we are conscious, we have been trained (potty trained) to control our bladder/bowel movements. as they are unconscious, when the body needs to "evacuate" whatever is in the bladder or bowels, it just pushes it out as there is no conscious mind to tell it otherwise
