1) John 3:16, 'For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life'.

2) Matthew 1:18, 'Now this is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit.'

3) Mark 1:1, 'The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ the Son of God'.

4) Luke 1:26-38 ... too long to write here, but is very specific about who Jesus is. This is probably the most clear explaination.

Hope this helps.

According to Matthew and Luke, Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea to Mary, a virgin, by a miracle of the Holy Spirit. The Gospel of Luke gives an account of the angel Gabriel visiting Mary to tell her that she was chosen to bear the Son of God (Luke 1:26–38).

After Jesus was baptized and rose from the water, Mark states Jesus "saw the heavens parting and the Spirit descending upon Him like a dove. Then a voice came from heaven saying: ‘You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased’" (Mark 1:10–11). In John, the Baptist doesn't baptize Jesus but he does attest that Jesus is the very one that he had been preaching of: the Son of God.

In the synoptics, Jesus is tested by the devil following his baptism. Jesus was led into the desert by God where he fasted for forty days and forty nights (Matt 4:1-2). During this time, the devil appeared to him and tempted Jesus three times to demonstrate his supernatural powers as proof of his being the Son of God.

That "son of God" sometimes means messiah (an anointed person rather than a "godly person") in the New Testament, is also acknowledged in the Bauer lexicon, a dictionary of Koine Greek begun by Walter Bauer. This is supported by the references to the Messiah as son of God in the Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha.

mathew 16 13-20

(this is from memory)

Jesus went into the region of Caesaria, Philipi and asked his disciples. "Who do they say the son of man is" They replied "some say John the baptist, others Elijah, others still Jeremiah." He replied "but who do you say i am" Simon Peter replied " You are the messiah, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD" He replied "blessed are you Simon son of Jonah, for flesh and blood did not reveal this to you but my heavenly father" And i say to you, you are Simon and upon this rock i shall build my church, and the gates of the netherworld will not prevail against it. " I will give you the keys to the kindom of heaven". Whatever you bind on earth you shall bind in heaven, whatever you lose on earth shall be loose in heaven. Jesus then strictly ordered his desciples to tell no one he is the messiah

Once again this is from memory but its mainly correct
