That's an interesting question because if God is all powerful, all knowing and is in everything, then yes it would follow that God created aids. Doesn't everything come into existence because of God. Further, if God is all knowing then God does know the implications of this disease. Even if God didn't create aids, being all powerful, God could certainly cleanse the world of all disease - but chooses not to. If God chooses not to then it must exist for a purpose and why not population control. We are totally destroying this planet like a parasite devouring its host (yeech!). Frankly, I think if God was love there would be no disease yet there is disease so God aint love... or maybe only a sadistic violent parent kind of love. The horrible way many christians act make me think that this could be so. Or maybe God is just a made up excuse for people who are to scared to take responsibility for their own life choices. Now that's a thought!

God created everything.
Its like a game of Chance for people in this world. You find it live with it & Die with it.
Some of the people found it, just their luck & stupidity.

It is not a method of population control, if you compare the ratio of the number of people in the world to the number of people with AIDS there is a huge gap.

Idiot. God did not create AIDS. It started when men decided to rape monkeys. Now how sick is that? Grown men having sex with monkeys. So actually man himself created AIDS, all by his sick little self. Then it spread like wildfire, being brought to the US by an airline steward who admitted that he had sex with over 1000 men in a year - and that's the ones he could remember. Now a lot of these men had wives who had boyfriends who had wives...and the band played on. So educate yourself a little before you start blaming God for something man started and doesn't have enough sense to stop.

Well If I understand it, for the most part, aids is spread thru dirty needles and sex. It can also travel through the blood. Its like other deadly diseases, we live in a world that has ugly sickness and none of us like it.

talk about population control, 43 million babies killed by abortion, man made murder for sure. We can stop abortion today if we would on make the right choice.

People die from murder, again, man made, sick and ugly.

Car accidents take out alot of people. Not too many Amish people die that way, they ride on bikes and horse and buggy.

And the booze, oh my, so much pain from that, pain and death, all man made tragedy.

Lung cancer from smoking, now there's a disease that kills people, all man made choice.

How many man made methods of death can you think of?????????????????????????????????????

You do not know the meaning of created, or creation or create. Aids was not created by God. It is you that was created by God. The Aids that is in you is a sickness taken by you from your foolishness to different women, different kind of hot women

aids was spread from the monkeys in south Africa first. when the tribal peoples used to malish the monkeys blood in their body, it used to spread. later it was done by man vigorously. so there is no role of god here.
this is not a good method for population control. it should be done in a constructive manner such as family planning, pills and condoms etc and not in a destructive manner like aids etc..

Some people think that it came about by accident from development or mass inoculations of polio or hepatitis vaccines.
Some people think it doesn't even exist, and that what we are seeing is simply the result of things like toxin buildup from certain chemicals, side effects from medicines, malnutrition affecting the ability to fight a disease, etc.
Regardless, I'm sure God knew, like he knew when he created Uranium and Plutonium that it could be used for atomic bombs or nuclear power stations; or when he created iron he knew it would be used to build buildings or tanks.
God gave us dominion over the planet, which means he expects us to be responsible with what we have created.

Firstly, you are assuming that God created Aids. The rest of the question is meaning less because oit is based on an unproven assumption.
