THE ACTUAL NAMES FOR THESE IS TORUS MANDIBULARIS.THIS IS PERFECTLY NORMAL AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE BIGGER ONES THAN OTHERS, AND SOME DON'T HAVE ANY. THIS IS NOT A SALIVARY GLAND DUCT WHICH IS SOFT AND IS UNDER THE FRONT OF THE TONGUE. IT'SALSO NOT AN ULCER AS THE SYMPTOMS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT.JUST TAKE CAREOF YOUR TEETH AND DON'T BE WORRIED ABOUT THESE.

Alrighty then. Now as long as the "bulges" are not on the tongue itself but around the gum line, below tooth area and the like, you may have what's termed as "tori", pronounced tore-eye. They are simply overgrowths of the mandibular bone (jawbone) and if you are seeing a dental professional regularly, and they have not mentioned anything about ulcers and such then that's what they may be. You should also be able to ring up your dental professional and ask them as they have your records and may be able to get back to you quickly with the truth you seek.
Best of luck in your search for answers.

Ummm I definitely know what ur talking about. They are really really hard and are on the bottom of ur mouth. I have no idea what they are but i have them too. They dont hurt or anything. I dont think it is a salivary gland cause its too huge and hard. I also dont think it is a ulcer because if so i drink a lot of vitamin every day and mine are really hard. I wish i could help you out. I dont think most of thoes other people know what ur talking about. Good Luck!!! And i hope its not bad for your case and mine.

THE SMALL astounding FLAPS on the backside OF THE TONGUE ARE regular. THE problematical "BUMPS" ARE MANDIBULAR TORI. those are additionally regular. those TORI are no longer cutting-edge in each physique, and there is not any longer something incorrect WITH THAT. that is LIKE HAVING BLUE EYES OR BROWN HAIR. TORI ARE O.ok.

it is called a mandibular tori which is a part of your oral anatomy though not all people have that. one thing i would suggest is next time you visit your dentist show that to them and ask them what they say but i strongly believe its a tori

they are little ulcer type things. i used to get them when i was stressed. and id prick them with a pin and clear puss came out. its nothing bad, its just a vitamin c defficiency or something. and you are probably stressed too. if you get worried, ask your doctor or go to the drug store. they will probably reccomend a vitamin replacement
