That's a lot of stuffiness. It's all centered in your head where the sinuses meet your airway. You might try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean).
The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot
You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.
You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.

Massaging your sinuses is good but not going to do much by itself. Do it, especially in the area right under the inner corner of your eyes, in conjunction with the following:
Get a Neti Pot. They have been using them in India for thousands of years. Fill the pot with 1 cup of warm water and add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or himalayan salt (not iodized salt), tilt your head to the side and pour the water though one nostril and it will naturally come out the other. Repeat on the other side. When you are done, gently blow your nose. Repeat this daily or even twice a day until symptoms are gone. It seems weird, but it actually feels very good. Just remember to breathe through your mouth while doing it! :)
Another thing you can do when the pressure is very bad, is take a hot wet washcloth and add a couple of drops of essential oil of eucalyptus. Hold it up against your sinuses and breathe in the vapors for 10 minutes twice a day. (keep the cloth hot by putting it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds)
Also, use a colloidal silver nasal spray, available at health food stores. Colloidal silver is a great natural antifungal/antibacterial.

This may sound nuts but when I have particularly bad sinus pressure, I eat chile peppers and spicy food. It clears out your sinuses right away and in my experience relieves the pressure. If the medication that your doctor prescribed isn't working let her know so you can use another kind. There are nasal sprays too that can help but the best thing is the talk to your physician.

You can massage the sinus, cheek area, but you should really go to the doctor, because if you have a sinus infection, you'll want to get it treated. Sinus infections can lead to really bad headaches and if treated early you can save yourself pain.
