we all start out as women...
As we get older in the womb if we are destined to be male our ovaries will drop down, our clitoris will turn into a penis, and we will become male.
everything else will be the same.

Female is the default. It takes special DNA coding to change things into male over female and the right level of hormones, especially testosterone produced by the mother.
BTW, it is quite possible for these "changes" to never be triggered and one can have XY chromosomes and yet be visibly completely female (generally infertile).

because when we are in the womb we are all female and then we change to a boy or stay a girl and nipples are one of the things that we all keep.
