for most part veneer would not be a best option ( in my opinion) if your grinding your teeth coz first of all veneer is a thin layer or porcelain laminated directly into your teeth, procedure wise its not that painful. the reason why i said that its not a best option since your grinding your teeth, when you have your veeners then and your doing your grinding though its laminated there, there is still possibility of your veneer to pop off since its not your natural tooth, then again this only happens if your bruxism aka grinding is very bad, best way to go is to consult your dentist regarding this matter coz im 100% sure he or she can tell you exactly whats best for you.. good luck and keep on smiling

No veneers arnt painful. BUT they can be very expensive. They are just a mold of a tooth that goes over your teeth. The dentist will shave down your teeth tho.
