I have started working out more the past few weeks and i feel completely wiped out afteer strengh training. I try to push my self hard to get resuslts but i dont now why i am totally exhausted for hours afterwards any help here?

If you haven't worked out in a while, you'll for sure feel quite tired after just getting back into it. That's completely normal.

You are pushing yourself too hard! It's not good and will probably discourage you from working out sooner or later. Any exercising regimen should be followed gradually until you build your stamina.
Your organism is trying to tell you that you are abusing it.
You can only hurt yourself. Get some information on working out properly books, internet, trainer.

Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in water 3-4 x day. ACV has 93 vitamins and minerals. Try it for at least a month and see if you do not notice a difference.

Well, you must be getting a good workout! You may want to look into the supplement creatine, it helps supply energy to the muscles but really research it before using it because it has to be cycled. Also make sure you are hydrating yourself enough before and during your workout and getting plenty of protein.

when you work out to get more results you have to be tierd at the end you work your mussels to get stronger your supose to be tierd but you should probaly have a little more protein so your mussels can get stronger and eat a little an hour before you go just in case you burn more calories than you got in you
