My dog is vomiting and pooping blood. HELP!?

My dog has been vomiting this white foamy stuff and has been pooping this mucuosy, bloody stuff. I really hope it's not Parvo. What should I do and what's going on?! I'm really scared, help please!

to the vet you go or call first to ask if you can bring the dog because if it is Parvo they may not want to see the dog in the office
