Well, if everyone was dead in a war, yes the violence would stop, since there would be no one to cause violence. Everyone would be dead! Marshal Law, is not killing everyone, it is to follow the order of the land, to stay hidden and indoors.
God's recent directive to the Jews, was not to kill everyone. That directive came from when the Jews were trying to obtain Israel. I haven't heard God speak outloud to them recently, or say murder everyone. However, if I were a Jew, who finally! had my own land, I would kill anyone who tried to take it from me. I am an American, and I would do that for America. So do our precious men and women in uniform. Bless anyone who would fight and die for their country.

and if you kill everybody there are less enemies for a while .but then every bodies family is out to get you so it is not a long term solution
