If you are young then that might explain why BOYS LIKE TO GO DOWNTOWN. They are probably looking for girls. That's called girl watching and doesn't mean they are trying to pick them up. That would be the only explanation I can come up with. Your question is a little vague.

Umm. Do you mean why men go out drinking or partying in dodgy neighbourhoods? If so becasuse its fun, male bonding, etc. As to what they expect women to be doing. Generally they expect women to be dancing, drinking, accepting drinks of men and then ignoring them, etc. What they'd like women to be doing would be buying them drinks and asking for their phone numbers.
Hope I haven't confused.
Of course if you're refering to the classic song entitled downtown I think men go downtown when the day doesn't seem bright or something of that nature.

First of all, we like to refer to it as 'DOWN STAIRS'... lol
Secondly, most don't REALLY know what to do while they are there. It's not like painting a fence. If the 'atomosphere' is pleasant, than the thrill is the display of ones skill, and the reaction it generates. If it's not well kept.. eh.. we don't stay long...

I think you're talking about oral sex.
From my understanding, males just sometimes like to please their partners, and like to provide oral sex as part of that.
A girl should do whatever she and her male are comfortable with. Stroke his shoulders, run your fingers through his hair... whatever.
But it sounds like you're not comfortable with it at all, so tell him what you do enjoy and do that together instead.
