Nowhere, does it, say that, at all, and Jesus, himself, said that he is God's son, not God,(John10:36) and God also confirmed, that Jesus, is his son, and not that he is him or any part of God himself(Mathew3:16,17) The trinity is not a Christian requirement the Bible does not even mention this doctrine in any part or form yet ,if, it was truly, as important a doctrine as it is said to be would you not think that it would be explained thoroughly in the Bible for all to understand?Yet even theologians argue amongst each other about the trinity till this day. But what is required of Christians is accurate knowledge for salvation, that is accurate knowledge of God and his son whom he sent forth(John17:3)Where can we get this accurate Knowledge that is required? The Bible Of course!(2Timothy3:16)How much accurate knowledge do you think is in the world in general, or, even, among Religious people themselves?

Belief in the Bible is a Christian Requirement and it states in Luke 3:21-22 about the Holy Trinity and John 14:16-17 is another example of the Holy Trinity!@~

The word trinity isn't in the Bible, but then again, neither is computer or internet, and you obviously have no problem with those things. You used it to get on yahoo. In the first chapter of John, it says, "In the beginning there was the Word. And, the word was with God and the word WAS God."
Logic says, the word = God.
Later in the chapter it states, "And the word became flesh"
Word in the Flesh = Christ
Christ = Word
Christ = God

Here's something to think about. I am a girlfriend to my boyfriend Ravi. I am a daughter to my mother and father. I am a sister to my brother. I cannot be a daughter to my brother or a sister to my boyfriend. That makes NO sense! Those are different roles that I play. They have different responsiblities, and they require me to act different ways. God is very much the same way. We are blessed with three ways to experience God. God the Father is the Creator. Christ the Son is the Savior. The Holy Spirit is the empowerment that we recieve and our constant companion on our faith journey.

If you will, picture a TV set. The TV station is the "creator of all things TV". The TV station is sometimes seen as distant, and without the TV you cannot see what the TV station is doing. The TV set reveals the creation that is "the tv station". The signal is something in the air. You cannot see it. You can't really explain it. Even if your tv is off, the signal is still buzzing around somewhere in the world. The signal powers the TV station and allows you to properly see the revealing of that station.

God is the creation (like the station). Christ reveals the father (like the tv set). Without Christ, you CANNOT easily see the father. The holy spirit is the power behind them all and allows you to see the revelation of Christ. (like the signal).

There is nothing in scripture that says, "ye must believe in the Trinity", but, just because the word isn't in scripture, doesn't mean that it isn't real and very much a part of the faith.

It doesn't. The trinity is a man made doctrine...no where in the bible does it use the word trinity when referring to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Trinity gods were typically used in pagan worship which the bible forbids. There are some scriptures that people will say suggest it to be a bible teaching but there are many more...not to mention common sense that say otherwise.

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.

John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Jesus, spoke of what The Father said, and the Holy Spirit spoke of what Jesus said.....

The bible does not have a word "trinity" in it...but it does say consistanly that these three are "one"....many many references to it....too many ot list.

1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

I never had a problem with the trinity concept. But I don't believe it is a Christian requirement at all.

What do you think about Matthew 3:15 -17

15And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

16And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

17And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Here you see the 3 in one interacting with one another, each bearing witness that Jesus Christ is sent by the Father and endowed with power from on high by the Holy Spirit.

And also consider that I could be considered 3 person in 1. I am the son of my parents; the husband of my wife; and the father to my kids.

I just think the trinity concept enables man to understand how God can reveal his ministry to us in those three ways for the believers throughout the history of mankind..

How can it say that, when the word trinity is not in the Bible.

To get saved, it isn't.

But once one has confessed Jesus Christ their Lord and believed in ones heart that He shed His blood for the remission of ones sins and raised up for ones justification, person is saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

But once ones sins are washed away by His redeeming blood, person is become born of God and made the righteousness of Christ. And with that is access to God the Father to pray 24/7 anywhere or time in spirit & truth. So, also, God reveals more of who God is to you, then also the Trinity. And it can be found in His Word.

When Jesus was water baptized, the Fathers voice from heaven said, "This is my beloved Son in whom I AM well pleased.", and the Holy Spirit lighted on Him in the form of a dove.

Also, when Jesus was ascending to heaven, he told those watching Him to go teach the Good News to all creation, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, Son & Holy Ghost.

And these three are one, to me, is the Trinity.
1 Jn 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven; the Father, the Word & the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

The "word" Trinity is ONLY utilized for convenience and brevity when acknowledging the Lord in his entirety as God-Father, God-Son, and God-Holy Spirit. The "word" Trinity does not refer to anything which is not clearly revealed in scripture, nor has the "word" been placed in the Bible to imply it was originally there.

John 4:24 - God is Spirit! (KJV) John 4:8 - God is Love! (KJV)

John 10:30 - I and my Father are one. (KJV)

1 John 3:5 - He(Jesus in the flesh) was "manifested" to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. (KJV)

1 John 14:6 - Jesus stressed He was "the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (KJV)

The "word" BIBLE(Anglo-Latin orgin) also does not appear in God's Word...yet we utilize that "word" when referring to the books and/or writings inspired by the Lord for convenience and brevity. Does use of the "word" Bible change the meaning of scripture? No!

Note: This also helps to help weed out False Prophets who attempt to deny that Jesus and God are one. Many say they believe in God, but do they believe that God is triune???

Human language is incapable of fully explaining that which is spirit, so the Trinity is just human attempt to acknowledge all of God in speech and writing, without attempting to change the Bible by adding the word Trinity to Scripture.

In contrast, many false prophets will add, take away, or CHANGE words in the Bible, to change MEANING of scripture, so that certain verses support their false teachings. That is deception and cause for much concern and correction.

For instance many refer to "God" as merely an emotion or thought which is false, while other religions will change specific scriptures such as John 1:1 which says: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God" to deny Jesus and God are the same.

It would be a shame to prolong lack of faith in God and his existence, as expressed in many of your questions, because of a "word". One is not obligated to use the "word" Trinity.

God Bless, Miji

Beliving Jesus is half man half god means that u believe in the son part
Believing he is godly means that u believe in a god, the father part
