Alright, I go to college and in one of my classes is a I girl I like, but we haven't even talked to each other yet, and I think she likes me back because she secretly stares at me and I catch her in the act and she quickly turns away and pretends she wasn't looking at me. So, when and how can I introduce myself to her because I was thinking I would wait a little before class starts so she would find a seat then sit next to her and ask for a pen because i would pretend to forget mine, then introduce myself. So when and how should I do this?

AWW...So sorry, I just had to say it. Its nice to know that guys feel that way as well. And weirdly enough, your idea is great..Its something I wouldnt mind doing. Since shes in your class, you guys have a common ground and something that can give you an excuse to talk to her, lucky. See I didnt have it that easy. I always like the shy guy in school. And my friends would try to force me to talk to him, but I'd just see him around the halls and we didnt have the same classes or the same friends. So I never could do anything about it because I didnt want to be that crazy girl who randomly walks up to some guy and say what?..."Uh, hello"...ha, yeah well enough about those bad memories....I think you should definetly talk to her, ask for a pen, ask about the assignment, or discuss the class or teacher, atleast as a starting point. And do it when you feel comfortable. You have nothing to lose...so anyway, good luck with this. I should be writing a report but I hope I helped you out here =)

sit down next to her and say hello. maybe suggest a group study group with others in your class inc that girl you like. that way you can get to know her in a group setting and than later ask her for a date.

I wouldnt worry about setting the stage , I would just walk up to her ( pref. when she is not allready talking with someone else ) and just say " Hi we have whatever class together and you seem really nice My name is . " that easy , if you can keep the heart rate down .

I think the pen thing would work....
You could say " Do you have a pen I could borrow? Mine is out of ink" then after class, return it to her and say " Thanks for letting me use your pen. By the way, my name is ______"
