If she is over one year, and he is over 10 months, and neither are over 6 or overweight, the chances are about 80% or better..
She can be safely spayed during the first 3 weeks after breeding..

If she's tied with a male dog, then you can bet she's pregnant. The odds are really high, unless for some reason one of the dogs are sterile though intact.

She's pregnant. Prepare for the puppies, find them good homes once they're weaned, and then get your dog spayed.

The likelihood of her being pregnant is very good especially if they got stuck together. Watch her closely for any strange differences that might occur such as gagging or eating extra grass while on a stable diet she is used to. Her teats will begin to enlarge and she will clean herself more often. Her routine will be off, due to changes she is experiencing.

I just had my dog spayed this week, because another dog jumped the fence and I found them stuck. It had only been a week and they could tell she was pregnant, plus they put it on her chart that she had swollen mammary glands. She probably is pregnant, but that's one sign you can look for.
